Your office gets evaluated on square meters, layout, restroom and kitchen count, and how intensively the space is used. For most offices under 150 sqm, one cleaner per visit is enough. Above 300 sqm, the usual recommendation is 2 or more. You'll get walked through this before quoting.
Desks and high-touch surfaces, restrooms (cleaned, sanitised, restocked), pantry and break areas, conference rooms, reception, trash collection, and floor cleaning (vacuum and mop). Glass and mirrors get a spot-clean. All standard supplies included.
Yes. Your cleaners arrive with commercial-grade vacuums, microfibre systems, mops, and the standard chemicals needed. Specialty items (like specific disinfectants for medical offices) get discussed before starting.
Monday through Saturday, 08:00–18:00 by default. Most office clients prefer cleaning before 09:00 or after 18:00 so the workday isn't interrupted. Evening and weekend service available — see below.
Yes. Daily, 3x per week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time — any cadence fits. Time of day is flexible too: pre-business, post-business, lunch hours, etc. Tell us what suits your office.
For contracts: 30 days written notice. For one-time cleans: 24 hours notice avoids any charge. Recurring visits can be paused for office shutdowns (holidays, renovation) without ending the contract.
Yes. Evening (after 18:00) and weekend cleaning available. No surcharge for evening visits on contract clients. Weekend one-time cleans quoted at the same per-cleaner rate.
Tell us. The next visit addresses it at no charge. If it's a persistent issue, the crew gets swapped. Quality is on us, not on you to chase.
Yes, Bangkok and immediate suburbs are covered. For locations more than 20 km from central Bangkok, there may be a small travel adjustment — mentioned upfront in your quote.
