How cleaner count is decided, what's included, supplies, hours, scheduling, cancellation, evening and weekend service, and how to get a quote.

How do you determine how many cleaners we need?

We look at office size in square meters, the layout, how many bathrooms and kitchens you have, and how intensively the space is used. For most offices under 150 sqm, one cleaner per visit is enough. Above 300 sqm we usually recommend 2 or more. We'll walk through this with you before quoting.

What is included in daily office cleaning?

Desks, door handles, and switches, bathrooms (cleaned, sanitised, restocked), pantry and common areas, meeting rooms, reception, rubbish collection, and floor cleaning (vacuum and mop). Glass and mirrors get a spot-clean. All standard supplies are included.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring commercial-grade vacuums, microfibre systems, mops, and the standard chemicals needed. Specialty items (like specific disinfectants for medical offices) we'll discuss before starting.

What are your working hours?

Monday through Saturday, 08:00-18:00 by default. Most office clients prefer cleaning before 09:00 or after 18:00 so we don't interrupt their workday. Evening and weekend service is available, see below.

Can we customise the cleaning schedule?

Yes. We do daily, 3x per week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time. Time of day is flexible too, pre-business, post-business, lunch hours, etc. Tell us what fits your office.

What is your cancellation policy?

For contracts: 30 days written notice to cancel. For one-time cleans: 24 hours notice avoids any charge. Recurring visits can be paused for office shutdowns (holidays, renovation) without ending the contract.

Do you offer evening or weekend cleaning?

Yes. Evening (after 18:00) and weekend cleaning are available. There's no surcharge for evening visits on contract clients. Weekend one-time cleans are quoted at the same per-cleaner rate.

What if I'm not happy with a clean?

Tell us. We'll address it on the next visit at no charge. If it's a persistent issue, we'll swap the crew. Quality is on us, not on you to chase.

Do you work outside central Bangkok?

Yes, we serve Bangkok and the immediate suburbs. For locations more than 20 km from central Bangkok, there may be a small travel adjustment, we'll mention it upfront in the quote.
